Cancellation/Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by May 1, 2017. There will be a $15 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. Refund requests after May 1, 2017 will not be honored. Requests can be made to IBO@inceusa.org.
